Derby County Football Club continued its commitment to the Fans Charter by publishing its latest version for the 2023/24 season.


The club view the document as the public expression of the partnership it continually strives to build for supporters.

The Charter demonstrates the club's responsibilities towards its fans and customers and the Fans Charter is available upon request at Pride Park Stadium as well as the online version.

Whilst we pride ourselves on our high standards, we encourage feedback from our supporters if they feel that we have failed to deliver against the standards and service levels that we set ourselves, so that we can continuously improve.

The club will seek to respond to all complaints in the first instance within fourteen working days of receipt, and thereafter complaints will be subject to internal investigations (if necessary).If you are not satisfied with the response to your complaint, you may contact the Independent Football Ombudsman (IFO).
